Dear Community Members, Parents, Students, Staff, and Visitors,
Welcome to Beaverton Rural Schools. This school year (2007-2008) we are home to approximately 1,400 students.
Our school colors are red and white. Our mascot is the beaver.
Along with well maintained facilities, we have an excellent staff of teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators,
and support staff workers who work very hard to provide students with rich learning environments even in tough financial times.
We view education to be a shared responsibility between students, staff, parents, and community. We maintain an inclusive approach
to special education whereby if the student's needs allow for, the student is included in the general education classroom to
the fullest extent possible. Each day we provide high quality learning experiences for every child. We look forward to serving
the educational needs of the Beaverton community of learners.
