Hi,

    My name is James Emery.  I am originally from Saginaw, Michigan.  I graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1970.  I attended Central Michigan University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1975.  I have a Mathematics major and a Physical Education minor.   I taught in St. Louis, Michigan  for 2 years before arriving in Beaverton in August, 1977.  I am currently teaching Pre-Algebra and Algebra I.  I have coached the cross country team for 26 years,  basketball for 28 years, and the boys track team for 29  years.  I also coached the girls varsity basketball team for 2 years in the early 80's.
