These rules are in addition to the Beaverton High School Rules of Student Behavior.

Classroom Rules

1. Follow the directions the first time given.
2. Be in the room before the bell rings.
3. Bring all materials to class, homework, student planner, materials you’ll need to do your homework.
4. Do not interrupt the teacher or another student.
5. Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

If You Choose To Break A Rule

If you choose to break a rule, there will be a consequence.  Following is a list of some of the consequences in my classroom. The consequences for breaking a rule are not limited to those on this list.

If a substitute teacher leaves your name down on a note for me concerning your behavior, you will have a Saturday school, no questions asked or excuses accepted.

Passes

1. Passes are granted at the teacher’s discretion.
2. Your planner is your hall pass.  No planner, no pass.
3. It is your responsibility to take care of your personal business outside of class time.  You have two passes per marking period in my class.  Use them wisely!
4. Once you have used all of your passes, every time you choose to leave class, you will have to serve an after school detention.
