This is a support class, students are to use this 56 minutes wisely everyday.  Each day students work on homework. If they do not have homework, they will be given work which will correlate with the goals and objectives from their current I.E.P and/or Language and Math Skills.  Students in my support class will not have the option to sleep, surf the web or hang out in the library.  The student's grade in this class will be based on the following:

• Prompt – 1 point, you are in your seat and ready to work when the bell rings.
• Prepared – 2 points, you have all of your necessary materials in class to do your homework assignments, student planner included.
• Productive – 2 points, you work all hour on your homework or work generated from your current I.E.P goals and objectives and/or Language and Math.

Students

1. The grade will be based on the percentage of points you earn.

3. Students must pass two out of three grades that make up their semester grade (the two marking periods and the exam) in order to pass the semester.
