February 13, 2006-Notify eligible students by inviting them to an informational meeting in the cafeteria.Informational meeting at in the cafeteria with eligible students to hand out packets and explain the induction process.
February 22, 2006-Character evaluation forms are sent out to all staff.
February 23, 2006-All informational packets are due.Students who are eligible but have not turned in a packet must return a signed form stating that they are not interested in membership to the National Honor Society.
February 27, 2006-All character evaluation forms due back to Miss Haskin from staff.Faculty council meets to evaluate students on the four pillars of the National Honor Society.They vote on each student after discussion.
March 1, 2006-Letters given to all students who turned in the informational packets regarding status of membership.Invitations sent to parents.
March 7, 2006-Potential inductees return information that will be used for induction.Practice induction ceremony.Meet individually with students who will not be inducted to give them suggestions for next year.
