If you participate in any other activities please let me know and we will work something out.  If students are involved in the S.P.A.R.K.S. program or would like to be, they should sign in at their program first and then report to track if they would like to ride the bus home. If you have any questions about the S.P.A.R.K.S. after school program please call Mrs. Woodruff at the middle school  @ 246-3020.

Comfortable, round-toed running shoes with sufficient support will be needed. Spikes are not needed for practice and will not be allowed for everyday running. Later in the season some runners may benefit from using spikes at meets.
