While you're in the WYSIWYG editor, use your mouse to highlight something.

Once it's highlighted, click on the chain link in the toolbar.

A window will pop up and you can type(or paste, if you have copied it) the address of the link into the "URL:" line. Be sure that your link starts with http:// .__There are other tricks you can use in this box, and you can figure them out later.
