v   Follow directions and procedures

v   Stay on task and in your seat

v   Actively participate and complete work

v   Put away all materials and turn in assignments appropriately

v   Avoid disruptions and interruptions

v   Do not make inappropriate comments or rude remarks

v   Stay out of cabinets, desks, and other peoples property

v   Avoid negative responses

v   Prohibit yourself from lounging around and sleeping

v   Do not bring pop, juice, candy, or food to class

v   Watch your language

v   Respect your classmates

v   Follow all school rules

These are the consequences

1.     verbal warning

2.     lunch detention-kept after class-moved to another seat

3.     written warning and phone call home

4.     1 hour detention and phone call home

5.     2 hour detention and phone call home

6.     Saturday school and phone call home

7.     sent to administration 1 day suspension, possible IEP

8.     sent to administration 2 day suspension, possible IEP

9.     sent to administration 3 day suspension, possible IEP

The teacher may skip levels according to severity of the problem.
