COURSES

U.S. History:

This course covers the development of the United States. The first semester surveys the geographical and political developments from the 1850's to World War I. The second semester continues with the United States' emergence as an international power. It covers the military, political, social and economic events through modern times.

World History: 

In this class, we will explore early civilizations, from Greeks, Romans, Persians, through the Middle Ages and the French Revolution.  We will discuss how governments, inventions and natural resources from the past help shape today's world.
